O’Healy, SIOR, CRE, the owner of O’Healy Commercial Real Estate Services, leads a team that specializes in assisting clients with their commercial real estate needs.  While they are particularly effective handling main stream leasing and sales of properties they have extensive experience dealing with environmentally challenged properties, and representing corporate, individual and governmental clients with difficult assignments.  O’Healy Commercial Real Estate Services was founded in 2004 to solve spectrum real estate challenges and main stream industrial and commercial business.  Their process is tailored to their client’s needs.  While conversant with transactional brokerage, they are equally comfortable assisting you as a consultant.  Their skill and experience in a variety of disciplines positions them to assist you in optimizing your portfolio.  O’Healy was a Director with Cushman & Wakefield, after CW acquired NAI Matlow-Kennedy in 2001.  From 1993 to 2000 Patrick was the Broker, Principal, and the Vice Chairman of the Board of MK. Patrick and three other SIOR partners purchased MK from the previous owners in 1993.  From 1987 to 1993, Patrick was a Senior Vice President, Industrial Division Manager for MK.  Prior to joining MK, Patrick was a Manager for Daum Commercial where he started his real estate career in 1980.  He has completed over 1200 transactions in his 30 year career. O’Healy has been trained in Alternative Dispute Resolution at Pepperdine School of Law, having completed the class called “Mediating the Litigated Case”, which helps him to be a very effective negotiator.
